We accept a wide range of files, please note the computer OS,
programme and file compression also a hard colour copy proof
must be sent. JPGS, Tiff, PDF files at 300dpi

Ensure your photographs / images / logos are
correct. Supply any colour swatches you wish to
match to and we do the rest -
If you have an idea on style or look , please ensure
you supply as much input as possible.

Useful Information
If you are providing your own artwork on file please ensure that
photographs are scanned at 300dpi and are colour corrected &
are CMYK tiffs

Hexachrome - ensure the photographs are not converted to
CMYK but are RGB, and that the full design is done in just
one programme supporting Hexachrome; ie. the latest versions
of Freehand and Quark.
Photo Scanning - we recommend that your photos are scanned
professionally, this we can do and drop the scanned photographs
into the spaces left in your artwork. Professionally scanned photos
from Drum and X/Y Flat Bed Scanners achieve a quality and depth
of colour which is seldom achieved on desktop scanners.
Do not rely on your screen colours - Use Pantone colour swatch
wherever possible

If there is extensive problems with your file we will inform you

For 6% of the printing charge we will proof read for
typographical errors.
