Quark files - include all fonts & CMYK images

Freehand files - supply as 'EPS' files, fonts converted to paths, and
CMYK images embedded.

Illustrator files - supply as 'EPS' files, fonts converted to outlines/
paths, and CMYK images embedded.

Or supply as flat files - PDF, Tiff, JPEG resolution at 300dpi

3mm bleed required and keep text 3mm away from the outside edges.

PC Files
Please supply as flattened files - PDF, Tiffs, Jpegs, again 3mmm bleed,
text 3mm away from the edge and 3mm bleed.You must include a hard
copy proof print out of your file.
