Hexachrome - Hexachrome Printing

Most conventional colour printing is made up of cyan, magenta, yellow and black and
gives perfectly acceptable results. Hexachrome printing includes the additional
colours of Orange and Green the impact of these create much more vibrancy and life
in pictures. Please add 25% to full colour printing prices.
Stochastic Screening - The Advantages

Stochastic screening (random dot screening) dispences with conventional printing
screens and replaces them with a random array of dots for each colour. Pictures
generally look more vibrant and better defined, being near photographic in quality
and process colours are smoother.

CTP V Films

Computer to plate - the
computer file is writen to
directly to the plate by
lasers opposed to
convential plate making
where the file is
produced on film and the
plate produced from the
film resulting in a 2nd
generation plate with the
associated irregularity of
dots and splatter around
them (
see image above).
CTP brings the direct
imaging of the plate using
creo lasers producing
near perfect dots, more subtle tints down to 1%
and heavy tints up to 99%
are now possible.

Metallic FXr - The Advantages

Adding metallic colour to CMYK without the excessive
costs associated with applying a spot colour to
a CMYK print is now possible creating eyecatching
text, logos and artwork. The process uses a ultra
opaque fast drying silver and is applied to the areas to
be metalicised.Tints of CMYK are applied on top and
thus produces the metallic effect.
